How to Set Up a New Qhub in Just 3 Minutes

Gordon Barclay

I am looking to set up a qhub account for the company i work for. Instead of asking questions, we were thinking of pitching my MD as an expert in specific sectors and therefore people can ask questions to my MD. - Do you think this is something that could work using qhub? - Do respondents have to be a member of Qhub to ask questions? I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Gordon, Hi Yurileona,

Yes, you can definitely achieve what Gordon has described here.

First, set your hub to allow unregistered contributions like this :

That way, anyone can ask a question without having to register. Next, set your Moderation Settings like this :

If you then set your MD to be an "Expert" only he or she will be able to answer questions!

Please let me know if this makes sense.

Yes!! The respondents have to be a member of qhub before they can ask question I think... But anyone can " answer" the question someone ask even if they are not a member...  Only if you answer... But if you ask a question you have to sign up first..
I don't really know.. I'm only telling you this because this is my own experience.. I wanted to ask a question but I can't since I wasn't a member at first... But now I can ask as many question I want since i a member..
