Hi Pierre,

As you probably already know, your hostname must be configured as a CNAME entry pointing at <your hub name>.qhub.com

You need to configure this using the hosting company that you have chosen to provide DNS services for your domain. The settings should look something like this :

Pierre, we have removed redirection from your hub by manually updating our database. This is not the preferred way to do it as we really avoid making any changes to the core of our database.  But did it for you as you mentioned you had built some important data within your qhub.

You should now be able to access your qhub
http://1stcontactau.qhub.com/
